Just moved to Denver from nyc and had the best experience working with Eileen. She toured the apartment via facetime for me as I could not come see it in person beforehand. The apartment is just as described and staff members are so quick to reply with any maintenance issues. The garage, bike room and package room all feel really safe and the location is perfect. Very happy with my first apartment in Denver :)

Does anybody work here?

I called twice and left 2 voicemails because I wanted to tour the apartments and didn't even receive a call back. If a prospective new tenant can't even get them to answer the phone I can only imagine what it's like for the people who actually live there.

Best Apartment Complex in LoHi

I've lived in several apartments throughout Denver and this is by far the best experience yet. The Kasserman is in the heart of the Lower Highlands neighborhood, close to downtown and even closer to trendy nightlife spots like Postino, Happy Camper and Avanti so it's the perfect community for anyone who works downtown and wants to be in the thick of it all. Noise proofing is excellent - you won't hear any noise either above or below you or to your adjacent apartments. The residents are ...
