Hi, My name is Natasha.. I have an efficiency apartment here at the Kate and I enjoy being a resident here. I recommend everyone to move here because it really is a great deal for your money here... With all bills paid in the rent and we have a swimming pool, 2nd floor kitchen, lounge area, pool table, small gym, and elevators! And the office management and staff are so very kind and sweet.

There are lots of activities downtown every week and the location makes it super easy to attend. MSU hosts events as well and students staying at The Kate have no trouble getting to those and hanging out with other students. There is plentiful parking as well. Many places to eat, and go out and have fun with friends and family. The apartment building itself is as safe as it gets! And the student housing floors are equipped with every students needs!
