No type of security
February 20, 2025Absolutely terrible experience. The security at this apartment complex is non-existent. My car and several others in the lot have been vandalized, and I've lost count of how many rims have been stolen from vehicles. Despite numerous complaints, nothing is done to improve the situation. It feels unsafe, and I’m constantly worried about my car and safety. Don’t waste your time or money here, especially if you value your belongings and peace of mind!Property Manager Responded

SO far SO good

I love it here!
February 12, 2025Been living here for almost a year now and I love how clean the property is, the resident events the staff throws for us and how quiet it is. Although it is ducked away in the suburbs you’re still very close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely be renewing my lease.Property Manager Responded

Great Community!

Stolen cars, tires & rims & no increase security
September 12, 2024It’s very unfortunate living in an apartment complex that couldn’t care less about their residents safety. I’ve been living here just a little over 2 years and will not be renewing again. While living here I’ve encountered my car stolen and vandalized. Today, I walk outside to my car on bricks! Multiple vehicles tires and rims have been stolen. Management don’t care to inform each resident of this through email. It’s quite obvious the leasing office do not care unless it happens them. Great service if you can deal with rodents
July 27, 2024This rat infested apartment complex has been a total nightmare. I couldn’t even continue to live there the last 6 months of the lease and they over charged me for tile And tub replacement when I have video proof that the apartment was left in the excellent condition. I had to get on anxiety medication because I had to deal with worms coming in everyday along with rats. When I moved in, I was wondering why so many people were moving out and the apartments were brand new. In fact, the reason I ...received my apartment is because someone left early. Service is great if you can live with everything outdoors coming in. The upkeep and pest control is out of control. They will over charge at the end of the lease so don’t expect your security deposit back even if you have proof of the condition. I can't wait to move out
May 25, 2024I currently live on the first floor and the apartment above mines is constantly loud. It like they had 5 kids just running up and down at all hours of the day and or something.I've never experienced the amount of noise in an apartment before. I work from home and so this is something if i new before moving in would have been a huge deal breaker. I contacted the leasing office multiple times and nothing was resolved.
