This building was put up too quickly, and it shows. Parking lot is a disaster: used by Balter customers and those looking for free parking on game days, leaving residents (who have to pay) without a spot. No security for the lot or for the building. Trash cans are in the parking lot, attracting the homeless, who ask for money and dig through the trash. No effort by management to deal with any of those issues. Windows won't fully close, so you can expect your apartment to be either freezing or ...
extremely hot. Persistent issue with windows/ceiling leaking/flooding during rain. Can't wait to move out.
