        ?????? Beautiful landscae. The breezeways could use some cleaning and scrubbing. They are stained and an eyesore to walk through.Mangement is amazing but there is only so mich they can do. The apartment homes are beautiful with great amenities. People park in our paid spaces and not enough is done to discourage this. Overall I would give a 3 out of 5 rating.

        the Kelley at Samuels Av is a one of the best communities I have resided in. The peace and property views are my favorite qualities. I enjoy the benefits of the clubhouse and grills on property. The events have been fun and sweet. The leasing team is professional and fun, always a pleasure to chat with Omar and Vanessa.         The Kelley as a whole is a lovely property. However, would love for actual maintenance and care to the amenities. The fans in the gym are not fully functional. The firepit by the pool has been almost inoperable for years (from what i’ve heard from long term residents). There are cars in front of the leasing office with expired registrations that do not move for months, and are never towed. Parking is already an issue, and there should be better management of it.

        I love the Kelley Apartments, I’ve never live somewhere where my apartment is so silent before. I do not hear my neighbors and vise versa and this apartment is well built and maintained . I’ve been here 6 1/2 years and I love it.

        The Kelly is amazing. I wish they would enforce the paid parking rules. We pay for a covered parking spot and violators are suppose to be towed but they never are. Other than that, the community is nice.

        We have been extremely happy with living at The Kelley. Maintenance is prompt, the community events are regular, and the complex is clean. The only thing I can say that’s not positive is the landscaping on the exterior, both inside and outside the complex, is not as upkept as other complexes on Samuel’s Ave. but that doesn’t impact my experience at all.
