I’ve lived at many different apartment complexes in my life, and The Kelley is the first that I’ve seen make a consistent effort at engaging and supporting the residents. I’m not one who attends a lot of community events, but The Kelley makes sure that they have painting nights, food trucks, donuts at the office, and more regularly. The maintenance team is exceptional as well, without delays or missed communication. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for an apartment; the other ...

Beautiful landscae. The breezeways could use some cleaning and scrubbing. They are stained and an eyesore to walk through.Mangement is amazing but there is only so mich they can do. The apartment homes are beautiful with great amenities. People park in our paid spaces and not enough is done to discourage this. Overall I would give a 3 out of 5 rating.

The Kelley as a whole is a lovely property. However, would love for actual maintenance and care to the amenities. The fans in the gym are not fully functional. The firepit by the pool has been almost inoperable for years (from what i’ve heard from long term residents). There are cars in front of the leasing office with expired registrations that do not move for months, and are never towed. Parking is already an issue, and there should be better management of it.

The Kelley has been so easy to call home, they are easy work with, and have made a cross country solo move a lot less scary! Customer service and responsiveness has been amazing by both office staff and maintenance, everyone is always so nice. Great team!

I love the Kelley Apartments, I’ve never live somewhere where my apartment is so silent before. I do not hear my neighbors and vise versa and this apartment is well built and maintained . I’ve been here 6 1/2 years and I love it.
