July 10, 2025We have been extremely happy with living at The Kelley. Maintenance is prompt, the community events are regular, and the complex is clean. The only thing I can say that’s not positive is the landscaping on the exterior, both inside and outside the complex, is not as upkept as other complexes on Samuel’s Ave. but that doesn’t impact my experience at all.Property Manager Responded

I also enjoy the location of The Kelley, however, I unfortunately did have to put in several maintenance requests upon move-in and am still having some issues. I also believe the amount of cars I see being towed is aggressive and seems unnecessary in most cases.Property Manager Responded
