I lived there for a year in an apartment with non natural light. When I toured they told me I work have some windows with natural light but it may be limited not that I would be stuck in a depressing no window apartment. They also wouldn’t respond to any maintenance issues or anything when reached out to. And they wouldn’t even let me move out a month early without needing to pay 3 months rent to break my lease. Knowing they I was depressed because of my situation with not having sunlight. 0 ...

It is mind boggling that a property seems to have ZERO interest in prospective tenants. I contacted them, received on response from Rendy asking if I wanted to schedule a tour. Two emails, two phone calls, and an in person visit and I can get NO one to respond at all. I have never experienced a company who is so unwilling to make an effort so someone looking to give them tens of thousands of dollars for a lease. Clearly the reviews on various sites about this management company are ...

correct and I can only imagine how horrible they would be in responding to a tenant who wishes to lease a space. There are NO onsite property management reps at ANY of their locations. Stay far far away.
