Solid place to live, no frills

I've lived here for 4 years, and overall have had a good experience. There have been plenty of improvements since we moved in--there is now a furnished patio to relax on, pay-by-app laundry (no more quarter runs to the bank) and Butterfly intercom system (you can see who you're letting into the building). The elevator is old, but no one has ever gotten stuck, so I have zero complaints. Maintenance does a great job keeping the building clean, and they actually have exterminators come tot he ...

In 4 years, we've seen 2 centipedes and have occasionally had drain flies (they actually went away when the tenant above us moved out, so they may have been the problem). The office can be slow to respond sometimes, but have been very accommodating through the years.
