The apartments are modern, the building has great amenities like the pool and gym, and the staff are always friendly and quick to help. September 13, 2025Living at the Kensington has been fantastic. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to everything. The building is modern, spotless, and filled with great amenities from the pool and gym to the resident lounges and work spaces. Apartments are bright, well designed, and surprisingly quiet for the area. The staff and management are excellent, always professional, friendly, and quick to help. September 1, 2025We just moved into the Kensington and the move-in experience was great! The loading docks and service elevator made the whole thing easy.
