April 1, 2025The Kensington is a great place to live. The staff are helpful and the maintenance team is outstanding! Great location with excellent amenities. I have lived here for over 5 years and plan to stay. The only downsides are the current building being built next door (noise and it will impact some afternoon sun on the pool deck) and the significant decline of community activities that provide an opportunity for residents to meet new people and interact as a community. I am hoping that will change, as ...these events are a great way to meet fellow residents.Property Manager Responded
