From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and supported by both the staff and my neighbors. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are always clean and well-maintained. March 15, 2025Experience was good - some pros and some cons. Cons: management previously was more engaged and timely with announcements and community events. Management currently updates you not in a timely manner and not many community events. Otherwise, they are kind and helpful when necessary. As far as valet trash, you pay $40 monthly but there are times when they forget to pick up your trash so it would be nice to not be charged for a service not received on a consistent basis. The idea of valet is great ...but expect consistent service. Pros: quiet, modern look, maintenance helpful and resourceful. Would consider renewing lease. Location convenient.
