March 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comExperience was good - some pros and some cons. Cons: management previously was more engaged and timely with announcements and community events. Management currently updates you not in a timely manner and not many community events. Otherwise, they are kind and helpful when necessary. As far as valet trash, you pay $40 monthly but there are times when they forget to pick up your trash so it would be nice to not be charged for a service not received on a consistent basis. The idea of valet is great ...but expect consistent service. Pros: quiet, modern look, maintenance helpful and resourceful. Would consider renewing lease. Location convenient. Thankfully no pest issues.Read More

My in person visit to the office was very pleasant. The front desk lady was very nice a patient. The community was clean and the apartment fit our needs. We cannot wait to try the amenities.
