Great Staff and Prompt Action on a Maintenance Request
July 26, 2023We are very impressed with the property in terms of the staff response and the look and cleanliness of the building. We had a maintenance request today for a bad GFCI outlet on the balcony and Marcellus quickly diagnosed and replaced the outlet within an hour of reporting it. New building with convenient location

Best in Carmel
August 31, 2022just now NEW My husband and I relocated from NYC to Carmel a few months ago and we toured at over 10 properties in the area. The Kent was the last on our list and the moment we walked in, it just felt right! Out of all the places we saw The Kent in our minds had the best location, you’re a short walking distance from everything in town, but you also have the peace and quiet away from the bustle of main street on the weekends. As far as the property, it’s beautiful! We live in a 1 bedroom unit ...that overlooks the reflection pool memorial and it’s a literal slice of heaven! Ebony has been amazing from signing the lease to being accessible as far as reaching out for any need and even planning mixers for the residents.
