    These people just want to take your money. We applied to live in one of there apartments. Short story short the apartment we where applying for had a waitlist. They wanted to keep our application fee of $120. We would have never applied for the apartment if we knew it was promised to someone else. I had to call up raising hell to get our money back. Then I check my email and they had sent me an email saying we didn't qualify for there apartments. That's not what you said a couple of days ago. Do ...

    This is the perfect community if you want to meet lots of friendly people of various ages. They offer Line Dancing, Yoga and Water Aerobics on a weekly basis!     This complex is average but is in a good location and the price is better than most in the area. On the plus side, they recently updated the fitness center and have a great pool. On the negative side, they need to do more renovations and keep it updated (complex has been around for a while)and they need to spend some money on pest control!! There are a lot of newer communities in the vicinity but they are more expensive.

    Imagine you have lived your entire 71 years on the West Coast of the United States. One day a friend comes to you and asks if you would be interested in moving to North Carolina. After a week of pondering, you decide that, "Yes, yes you are". Wilmington is located in South Eastern NC between the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Fear River. There is a River Walk with restaurants and shops all along the waterfront, downtown. We have so many places to go and things to do. There are museums and theatres and ...
    restaurants and nothing is further than 20 minutes away. Should this happen to you, look no further than The Keys at 17th Street for your apartment. The complex is sprawling, green and open. The clubhouse has the rental office and contains an awesome exercise room, racquetball court, bathrooms and showers and an indoor pool and hot tub. All adjacent to the outdoor, resort-style pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court and playground. There is a Great Room and TV and a kitchen. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments that are airy and bright. The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have 2 patios/balconies. There are laundry closets for your washer and dryer with pocket doors. You can see these floor plans here at apartments.com but what you can't see is how open and airy and green it all really is. And the weather isn't bad, either. I live at The Keys at 17th Street in Wilmington, NC and I feel like I am on a never-ending vacation. I don't need Bermuda or the Bahamas---my life is now a vacation. Everything in Wilmington is 5 to 20 minutes away and Myrtle Beach SC is only 1 1/2 hour away. Even though I am 74 yrs. old, I bowl 3 times a week, I swim, use the gym and play a little racquetball and feel so alive. Thanks to The Keys Apartments. This is the life.   • My Home Sweet Home

    The area is quite serene, no noisy or rude neighbors. Conveniently located for shopping, work and play. The management and maintenance teams have been MORE than helpful, courtesy and informative. I was limited with my housing options but they were able to help me rent . I had reservations at first because of some reviews I read but they're dismissed. I really consider it to be my home sweet home.
