So far I love it! Staff and management are great! Community is very friendly. Grounds are well maintained and look beautiful. Building is clean. Wish there was more closet space overall but especially the bathrooms. I’m liking the apartment very much the more I put it together and decorate.

I have lived at the kinloch for almost 2 years now and couldn’t be happier to call it home! The people are extremely nice, the staff is incredible and always address any questions or concerns in a timely manner and it is the perfect quiet community!

I love staying here as its pet friendly and smoke free. The apartments are spacious and clean. All the amenities are there like gym , pool and a club. It has a proper clean walking area too. Moreover, the service requests are completed on time. Overall its a nice place to live.

I had the most wonderful tour at the Kinloch today . Justin gave a phenomenal and informative tour ! I had been touring many apartments around the area and just stumbled upon kinloch while I was driving . I called the office and came right in for a tour . This place is exceptional. It’s clean, extreamly modern and the floor lay out was stunning . I didn’t feel any pressure or obligation to immediately choose these apartments from Justin. He was transparent , friendly and made apartment hunting ...
which is very stressful , relaxed and easy. His top notch service and the ambiance of the complex are going to make me sign this lease. I felt so comfortable and at home already. If anyone is looking for a place to move to , please consider Kinloch, and visit Justin -you will not be disappointed.
