September 14, 2025Living at Kirkwood Apartments has been an amazing experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team that keeps everything running smoothly. Lisa, Brandon, and Steven in the office are absolute gems. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s handling questions, resolving concerns, or just greeting you with a smile, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The maintenance team, Pedro and Tae, are equally outstanding. ...They respond quickly to requests, always get the job done right the first time, and are incredibly respectful and courteous while in your home. Best Apartment- Wonderful Staff
February 17, 2025We love The Kirkwood... Both my daughter and myself love our apartment. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are spacious. The parking and amenities are wonderful. My daughter gets hot chocolate at least once a week in the awesome community space/club house. The management and leasing staff are SUPERB. I have lived in NYC and DC apartments and this apartment is the best. Steven the property manager is patient, kind and caring. Sadie and Brandon the leasing specialists are ...truly a gift. They are helpful and so kind. The community events they organize are amazing. The maintenance staff are amazing-- the best I have ever had. This place is wonderful for families and solo residents.It is affordable and feels like luxury living. . LIVE here, It's Awesome! Amazing location, facility and staff!
February 9, 2023Melissa, Christopher and the entire team have made living here such a pleasure. They get to know you on a first name basis and are always helpful. Plus, the maintenance team is always quick with responses. With Atlanta traffic, location, location location!!! Centrally located 10 minutes to downtown and only 20 minutes to the airport, off peak hours of course. You can walk around the corner to the local coffee cafe, spa, bars and restaurants. The facility is top shelf! Amazing pool area to hang ...out with big screen televisions, outdoor grills, propane heaters and ping pong table. The dog park is always busy, and the indoor lounge is cool to relax and unwind on weekends while watching a game and shooting pool. The gym has incredible equipment and is usually empty. ? The apartments are spacious and noise levels are quiet. Many residents are professionals and tend to keep to themselves. Highly recommended and if you decide to live here, I look forward to meeting new neighbors!Property Manager Responded

Do not recommend
February 18, 2022I recently went to The Kirkwood Apartments for a scheduled tour. I received two phone calls confirming my appointment and I made it to the appointment on time. Once I entered the leasing center, I was greeted by Kyle, but I never got the chance to even view the apartments. My family and I were pretty much turned down from the tour and were told that there was only availability for a 2 bed 2bath in April. The representative told us the cost and gave us a sheet with the floor plan, but never ...offered to the tour that I scheduled and that he confirmed. I asked is there anything to view and he replied, no only a 1 bedroom. I was okay with viewing that because this was my time I wasted showing up to an appointment for a tour and when I get there, there’s nothing to view. The representative even recommended other apartments down the street in mid conversation, but again why confirm an appointment and don’t show a unit. Very distasteful! A fantastic place to live!
June 22, 2021I have now been living at the Kirkwood for a year and my experience has been phenomenal!! The apartments are nice, the staff are always happy to help should I need anything and Kyle did an amazing job taking care of things when I moved in! Kirkwood is a great location and you have several restaurants, a coffee shop, a butcher shop/ bakery that is A+++ and a family friendly environment! I wish I could say otherwise..
May 7, 2021So, you were recently in a car wreck. Between injuries and being scared of being behind a wheel, you walk to work. And then you have a blister on your foot. Which pops in the middle of you trying to get to your job. So here you are, very painfully, gingerly, coming in to the Kirkwood to ask for a bandage in order to walk. This is what you get: 1. As soon as you say you need a bandage, you aren't nearly as important. 2. You're told that they will go look for one, and then everyone goes. ...Spends a few minutes talking. So, why does it take multiple people to go find a bandage? I just needed a small one. . 3. Someone comes out, awesomely. To say there are no bandages and that they have disinfectant wipes for you. That should totally help you walking. And they were not really seeming to care anyways. Also, what company actually allows their office to not have a fully stocked First Aid kit? That's just asking for trouble. 4. You had to go around the corner, and the best coffee house in the area not only said " of course! Give us a moment. " But then also offered different sizes, even when they knew the same story as the Kirkwood. I was looking for a home here, but perhaps not anymore. I wasn't shabbily dressed,( not that that should matter), and was polite in my request. In return, I got judged, and made to feel as of I didn't have the right to a simple bandage.
