    I've had nothing but amazing experiences here at LUx Seaside. They have been very accommodating and quite prompt with their fixes. The pool area and griling pad are fantastic. I hang out here a lot in the summer with my friends. Five stars from me on this one.

    I moved here in December 2019 and have seen this property become clean and safe again. The new property manager is attentive, friendly and most importantly professional. When I switched apartments I had a lot of questions and each time the answer was always my goal is to have happy tenants. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Communication is clear and if there is a delay reasonable explanations are provided. I lived here from 2002 to 2013 when it was another name and now since ...
