I have had a great experience staying at the Lakes , the apartment is well insulated so keeps me nice and snug during winters. We had one of the worst storms in over a decade hit the east side and the way the maintenance team handled that tell me everything about their service / maintenance and overall customer satisfaction abilities which are all top notch.

Since the takeover from prometheus, the management has been very proactive and making upgrades where necessary. They’re also very receptive to issues and fix them in decent timeframes as well. Overall i think it’s a good place to live.

Super friendly staff, with tons of great amenities like included shedded parking, no additional charges for recreation room, movie theatre or conference room. As a resident here for 8 months, I must say that the staff are the most responsive and cordial. Hakim, who is the repair person, is quick to mitigate a broken blind, a fused bulb or a broken dryer, all with a smile on his face. Thank you!

Angie was the first person I met when I showed up to look at apartments here. She was professional but personable, and from the get go she made me feel like I belonged there. I have been a resident here now for more than a year, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else right now. Convenient, close to work, transit, and like I mentioned already, the staff make this place feel like home. Angie is always attentive when I need something, and she has made me feel like I can come to her without ...
feeling like a burden or hassle. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, it has typically been taken care of within 24-48 hours, and Angie has always been the one to follow up with me to ensure it was done properly. I recommend The Lakes to anyone moving to the Bellevue area.
