May 1, 2025The Lakes Apartments have a great lake view, thoughtful layouts, and nice indoor amenities. The balcony is also very enjoyable — as long as a screen is installed to keep it usable. However, I’m not happy with the noise from the upstairs unit. I hope the leasing office can emphasize to all tenants the importance of keeping noise levels down at night, as everyone needs restful sleep to function at work. Regarding the trash bin policy, I feel that strict rules about bringing the bin in after 9 ...a.m. and only putting it out in the evening can make daily life harder for tenants — especially for those with irregular or late work hours.Property Manager Responded
