Absolutely terrible! I was not able to personally view the unit I’d be renting prior to lease signing and the receiving keys for the unit. The unit I signed a lease for was not properly cleaned prior to my move in. There was a series of issues and property management refused to acknowledge my concerns.

I have had a great experience moving in. The staff are generally friendly and will respond to mails in a timely manner. They also called to remind me of things I needed to do before my move in (very helpful when you're so busy!). Environment looks clean, peoperty is gated and feels safe. It's all been a great experience so far.

Frustrating Experience After One Yea

Moved out after one year. My experience was disappointing due to recurring fines, billing issues, and unexpected move-out charges. The apartment also had mold-prone cabinets, frequent flies during summer, and countertop materials that wore down easily with normal use. Communication with management was often frustrating.
