May 28, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWorst maintenance team I've ever delt with my washer has not worked in a month and ladies behind the desk lie every day and tell me it will be fixed tomorrow and it never the maintenance supervisor is complete joke ever since the new owner took over this place has complete garbage save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else

March 25, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe "management" is inconsistent, the pool is rarely open during summer and "management" always has some excuse as to why, the property is constantly covered in garbage and abandoned vehicles, the fountains in the ponds haven't worked in years, the bridges are wobbly and unstable, and the walls are all full of mold and it comes back no matter how many times you clean it up, I wouldn't tell anyone to move hereProperty Manager Responded

The good news is that the repairs were approved and will be completed this year! We are waiting to hear back regarding the opening date, but our team will keep you informed as we learn more.
