  • Impossible to work with management

    February 23, 2022
    The Lakes at Arrowhead Ranch is a nice apartment complex in a good area with good amenities. However, it was recently acquired by new owners and it is now impossible to work with management on anything. If there is a maintenance problem that will cost them more than a couple dollars to fix then the issue will be dragged out for weeks, if not months, while they do everything in their power to avoid paying. Rent here at your own risk. You may not be able to use what you’re paying for.

  • NOT LOCKED OUT

    I was really very happy with the complex until today. I went to check the package room that is very nice and very convenient. Upon returning to my unit, the door would not open. I have the key, tried to get the door to open several times and it wouldn’t open. I called the after hours number and left a message. After a 30 minute wait, I received a call. I was told that they don’t have a solution, don’t know what to do, and don’t do lock outs. They don’t see this as an emergency. I AM NOT ...
    LOCKED OUT. THE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. They told me that they would call back. 30 minutes later, no call back. I am very disappointed and frustrated to say the least that I am prevented from entering and enjoying such a nice s apartment unit due to a maintenance issue that no one has a solution for.

  • Not student friendly

    May 14, 2020
    Rabid geese in the spring attracted to the ponds that attacked my dog, roaches attracted by open trash people leave, and drunk and disorderly neighbors are a few reasons why I did not sign the lease a second time. The new management is especially rude and unhelpful. Rent also increased almost double to pay for unnecessary renovations. They also require you to pay for valet trash where someone comes and gets your trash even though the dumpster is right there. No thank you

  • The worst tenant treatment I have ever experienced

    February 14, 2017
    This place used to be a nice place to live until the management changed in Dec 2016 (now it is Green Leaf managed). Since that time apartment complex turned into the dump... they do not care about the tenants. Our apartment had the air conditioning broken in Nov, it is Feb and they didn't get it fix. They absolutely do not care. Manager will lie directly starring at you face that whatever you have problem with will be fixed next week. Never happens. Unbelievable. The worst experience I have ever ...
    had, although I lived in number of apartment complexes in PHX & Glendale.

  • Great Place to Live

    I love living here at the Isle at Arrowhead Ranch. The complex is extremely well kept and it is a pleasure to have people over. I love our large patio with a great view of the complex's lake. The staff has been nothing but helpful throughout both the moving process and also dealing with any sort of issues that arise. I would give it a five star if the lake as able to be used as a catch and release pond like a few other places in the area. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. It is ...
