Amazing place to live !!!
July 29, 2023Beautiful . One of the most peaceful apartment complexes in all of Houston. You will live near tons of shops and cafes, superstores, doctor offices, salons, LAKES AND TREES, multiple gym facilities like lifetime and orange theory, library, parks, beautiful people, boutiques and many more. This place is peaceful and has so much to offer. They have a private gym and a pool. The vibe is so elegant and lovely. Beautiful location and they have the most friendliest staff. Great place, bad management
July 22, 2016The management is only money friendly. The contract is heavily bent towards the management and there are numerous charges added when leaving. There are no place for keeping bikes locked and they ask you to rent a garage for that or keep inside the home, which is ridiculous. If you talk to them they are not reasonable. There are dog litters at most places, The gym has no water or restroom facility and most of the time the machine wipes are over and not replenished for many days. One or the other ...machine doesn't work. The pool area is over crowded. Clean, Convenient, Safe and Nice Staff
May 25, 2016I was returning to the area and needed a short-term lease for a 4-month internship. I chose Lakes at Cinco Ranch after comparing amenities, rent prices and location. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the property as a whole. The location was very convenient to everything, safe and offered 3 route options for my morning and afternoon commutes. Despite being centrally located, I could sit on my balcony and not hear any traffic, etc. Would definitely recommend. The best place to live.
April 20, 2016My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half and now we have to move out to another city and we definitely will miss everything in here. We love this community, we love its location, and most of all we love the people who work here. First off, the entire apartment complex is very quiet and safe. The apartments are very comfortable and have beautiful amenities, spacious bedrooms and functional kitchens. Perhaps the best part of living here is the staff. They are kind, attentive, and ...always willing to help. They are also very quick to take care of any maintenance issues that might come up. The management team – Julie, Ashley and Jessica are awesome. Jessica is my favorite. She always finds a way to make you satisfied. Also, the maintenance team are very polite, skillful, and friendly and available 24/7. Pedro and Martin are very helpful and handy. December 16, 2015I have lived here a little over 4 years and I have seen management come and go. I can honestly say that you guys have found the perfect team. I would appreciate if you would keep this team in tact. The team always has the best interest for the residents in mind, and always so helpful. Perfect Apartment
September 20, 2015We just moved here last Spring and we really love our apartment. The location is just perfect. Walking distance to La Centerra, restaurants, schools, library , grocery stores and doctor's office. We couldn't ask for more. My kids are enjoying our new place. The management is also helpful. September 6, 2015The Lakes at Cinco Ranch is located within walking distance of the Cinco Ranch High School (ranked the best public high school in the Houston Metro Area), Cinco Ranch Junior High School, Cinco Ranch Library, Target, Office Max, Home Goods, Michael's and the many fine restaurants and stores of LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch (the premier shopping and entertainment center in the Katy area).
