Best place to live!

y family and I been living here for 3 years and we are nothing but grateful for the fortune to live here. Our home is located across a peaceful lake that we get to enjoy every day, next to all the shops and restaurants offered at la Centerra and steps away from Cinco Ranch High School. Extremely disappointed—Do not move here!

We moved to this apartment two years ago, and initially, everything was great. Management was welcoming, and it felt like a nice community. Now, things have completely deteriorated. The office staff is hostile, unwelcoming, and impossible to deal with.They have recently implemented an unbelievable 8:00 PM community curfew. No one is allowed to walk outside on the property grounds after 8:00 PM, and children are banned from playing in the playground after that time. It feels like living in a ...

prison, not a home we pay rent for.Furthermore, safety and maintenance are severely neglected. Despite charging a monthly fee for pest control, the old buildings are crawling with cockroaches. Worse, there are snakes in the surrounding grassy areas, making it completely unsafe for children. Security is nonexistent; car thefts and tire thefts are a common issue, and management does absolutely nothing to address it.They only care about trapping you in a lease and keeping your massive security deposit. If you speak up or try to challenge these absurd rules, they immediately threaten you with a lease violation. They increase my rent by 11% after first lease term no explanation and no reason. Avoid this place at all costs!

Curfew / cars being stolen / stubborn management

It’s not an apartment community but an army base with weird rules imposed by management everyday 1. There is a CURFEW imposed by them - completely laughable. We are supposed to be in curfew mode from 8pm - 8am 2. Too many thefts - management response is be careful. I am sure the cameras installed In Community don’t work at all 3. Management-related concerns

My experience with the apartment community has been disappointing, largely because of management-related concerns. Communication and responsiveness have not met reasonable expectations . Additionally, mandatory internet charges were imposed, leaving residents with limited choice over a service they may not need or prefer.

Excellent location. Walking distance from restaurants, movie theater, bars, park, cycling roads. Office staff is professional, nice and very helpful. Maintenance and repairs are done promptly. Upgrades are constantly done to the property.

Great place, bad management

The management is only money friendly. The contract is heavily bent towards the management and there are numerous charges added when leaving. There are no place for keeping bikes locked and they ask you to rent a garage for that or keep inside the home, which is ridiculous. If you talk to them they are not reasonable. There are dog litters at most places, The gym has no water or restroom facility and most of the time the machine wipes are over and not replenished for many days. One or the other ...

machine doesn't work. The pool area is over crowded. The trash collecting people come late after 11pm and bang the closure lids which makes a loud noise throughout the entire building.
