The bathroom sink and tub is always clogs up every three months. The water heater is always makes noises any time you turn on the sink or tub. Pest control sucks.

As a current resident, I have been extremely disappointed at the management's response to the black silt coming from the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, the black flecks in my ice and overall attitude. In December the sprinkler pipes froze causing a hole in my wall and a water bill 4 times the costs of a normal bill. The whole in the wall is still there 10 weeks later and was told the water bill is my responsibility not theirs. After seeing the local news broadcast a tenant who found mold ...
and had the air quality checked (it was toxic) I should have thought twice about moving in, I highly advise you do your homework when search for apartments and avoid this one.

My daughter has been at these apartments for nearly a year. For the last 8 months she has complained of mold and that it was causing her to be sick. We have been in and out of the doctors office and every time the management team sends someone to the apartment they just put paint over the mold. This has happened 3-4 times. FINALLY they actually test for mold and tell her it was POSITIVE but refuse to let her see the test results so she can take them to her doctor. All we have asked for is to ...
either let her out of her lease and return her deposit or put her in different apartment. Neither which are out of line for what she has gone through. 8 MONTHS OF SICKNESS AND COMPLAINTS OF MOLD AND MANAGEMENT TEAM WILL DO NOTHING. LINDSEY MANAGEMENT AND THE TEAM AT THIS COMPLEX ARE A JOKE. Before getting an apartment here be sure to have it checked for MOLD and read all reviews concerning Lindsey Management apartments.

I recently moved into a 1 bedroom apartment. With prior experience managing rental properties, I found the Management and the Leasing staff extremely polite, and professional at all times. This also includes the Maintenance staff. I can personally say that I was impressed, and would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking for a quite and safe place to live.
