Needs new office employees ASAP!
February 6, 2023No one wants to walk into an office and be treated poorly by an employee. The property is decent, but the staff is not so great. I would have expected to be treated and greeted professionally and with excitement. I guess they are so leased up, they don't need to offer good customer service . HAPPY RENTER
February 2, 2023hello, just wanted to say that I was nervous, moving cross country to a place I haven't seen in person, the assistant manager, Amanda was very helpful every step of the way, when I arrived, it was a quick process to receive my keys and I felt very welcomed, the apartment is cute and perfect for my cat and I, there was a repair that needed to be done and when I emailed them, they got on the job the very next day! The manager and the assistant manager are really nice and it's such a friendly place, ...there is no trash laying around and it's really peaceful here, I work from home and my views of the pond are perfect!! thank you!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great until the end
September 23, 2020I highly recommend that you have the management team do a walk through of your apartment upon moving out. They say it is not necessary but just have them stop by and check everything. They will use any excuse to deduct money from your deposit. Disappointed Tenant
August 8, 2020I lived here for 8 years - always paying rent on time. I gave my notice in March that I would not be renewing my lease due to moving to another state. My lease was set to expire on June 30th. I moved out and turned in my key on June 1st. (I was obligated by the terms of the lease to pay June’s rent. I paid this in full on June 1st before I turned over the key.) I received a partial return of my security deposit about 51 days later - no letter or explanation of what over $200 of my security ...deposit was kept to cover. (I paid a $600 security deposit as well as a $400 nonrefundable pet fee.) I know there were a couple of things that needed to be repaired. Beyond that I feel it was normal wear and tear. Due to the high number of Covid cases in the Pensacola area, I have decided not to pursue legal action; however, I am very disappointed in the way this was handled and would not rent from this company again.Property Manager Responded

Great location
August 4, 2020I Definitely enjoyed my stay at Cordova Regency ,moving out for deployment very quiet community and close to everything. This is a older building upgrades are needed but overall I enjoyed my stay here. the front office staff Melissa is amazing I would recommend this property to anyone.
