Love living here. Best in Hattiesburg
November 1, 2021I love it here. Celeste the property Mgr is wonderful. I’m actually moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Great community. Great Amenities. My two girls (fur babies) love it and the community loves them. Which is important to me. Couldn’t ask for a better apt complex. I’ve had zero issue since I’ve live here. It’s Quiet and peaceful. I agree with The gates not working, and it is my only Complaint, but I still give it 5 stars here because I feel like Celeste does everything in her power ...to make sure the gates are working. As long as the property Mgr cares we are in good shape. Gage and Michele are also wonderful in the office, very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I love living here! Gates never work.
October 18, 2021My biggest frustration were the main Access gates NEVER work, at least one is always broken and open, 24/7 for anyone to enter without any restrictions, same as pool gates, when they do have someone come “fix” it. It only works for a few days then it’s broken again. If you’re looking into this place to be in a “gated community” go somewhere else. It’s not gated if the gates are always open for anyone to enter. I do know they are just “access gates” and aren’t for “security” , and anyone can ...still follow people in, (which is what the office staff will tell you when you complain) but having gates that are CLOSED and require a code, or fob to enter at all times is definitely a Deterrence for anyone up to no good, especially late at night- which is why most people Choose a gated community, and these are always open for anyone to freely drive around the properly. You can go down the street and rent for less / to the exact same. Have a more modern kitchen and true access gates that are always closed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Best Apartment Living in Town!
October 4, 2015If you're looking for "The Best" luxury living in an apartment setting, you have to try The Lakes! I lived here for 5 years when they were first built, moved away (big mistake) and since moved back. Jesse and his staff are awesome when it comes to customer service! They have a way of making you feel special each and every time you walk into their office, always smiling and very attentive to your needs! Very professional! Whenever I submitted a work order to have something fixed, i.e. garbage ...disposal, maintenance personnel was usually here within an hour, the same day! At that time, the maintenance guys were Mr. Kermit and Mr. Johnny, they were so friendly and polite and always willing to help out with whatever you needed. If Mr. Johnny would see me walking to the dumpster with my garbage, he would take it from me and say "I got it". I got the opportunity to talk with Mr. Kermit before I moved out the first time and he told me that he was planning to retire so he could spend more time home with his wife! (sooo sweet!). Well, when I moved back I found out that both guys have retired, I will certainly miss them both! This is why I moved back, it may cost a little bit more to live here, but it is well worth it! My mother use to always say, "you get what you pay for", a very true statement. I would rather pay more and receive good customer service than to pay less and receive poor customer service. Unlike the apartment complex I moved back here from. If for some reason you had a need to stop by their office, they made you feel like you were disturbing them. You would have to stand around for at least 10 minutes (which seemed like eternity), before anyone would get around to attending to your needs. And then they would have to look in your file to find out who you are or what apartment you live in. God forbid if something was broken in your apartment! The toilet seat needed to be replaced, it took them about 2 weeks to take care of it!.... uggh! The list goes on an on!!! They're very unorganized and very unprofessional! I would never move back there and would never recommend anyone else to move there! I'm speaking of "The Reserve"! I don't recommend them to anyone!
