I love it here
May 24, 2025The complex is well maintained, the office staff is friendly and helpful. I like the water features through the complex. It has large patios and 2 pools. Wetland birds visit along with the fish and turtles who live here. The apartment has nice shelves and curved accents that I like.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance Pool area
September 25, 2023Pool has been green for 2 months no chlorine tablets and water always dirty. BBQ pits are not kept up with dirty and one does not work. Used to be good but lately has gone down.Review from Apartments.com

August 2, 2023Apartments are fine, nothing exceptional. Appliances are 18 years old, lots of problems with those. "The system is down." is the only communication I have ever gotten from the staff, in person and over the phone. Great management
December 5, 2022My best friend recommended me to this apartment complex, and I’ve fallen in love since the day I visited. I went for it and submitted an application online the fees are affordable and understandable, because you’re holding the unit as well as the application fee. Annette was the manager helping me at this site, and she is great during this transition in my life. She was able to let me know the possible fees that may apply, and gave me all the information I needed before approval. The approval ...only took about a week, and the process is going pretty smoothly so far. I appreciate Annette helping me with everything, please take this place in consideration. Horrible customer service
July 4, 2022The apartment is really nice, we’ve been trying to sign for about a week now but we’re unable to ever get in contact with the property. I’ve left multiple voicemails over the past week and not one time have they called me back. At this point we’re trying to withdrawal our application but I can’t do it online and I’m still unable to get in contact with them. They’re extremely unprofessional and if the person who is originally helping you isn’t in office they basically refuse to help you because ...they “don’t” have access to any of my information and can’t answer any questions I have. We’ve had to go in twice in the past week because we unable to get anyone on the phone!! All they’ve said that they’re just getting a lot of calls but I still never hear back from them and the past few days I’ve been basically doing the leasing agents job. Highly disappointed and they charge 150 for an admin fee and a 75 dollar application fee which is absolutely ridiculous for an older property.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2021I travel often for project work so maintaining an apartment is very convenient for my lifestyle. I have lived at The Lakes at Westview for over a decade. The property is very quiet, clean, and well maintained. The office staff is above average in day-to-day property operations, resident service needs and are sincere and genuine. I love my complex!
September 3, 2018In addition to our complex being absolutely beautiful, the staff is AMAZING. I’ve been here for about 2 months now, and I’ve been blown away by our staff’s kindness and professionalism. The girls in the front office make sure to know every resident by name, and our maintenance is AMAZING. I’ve submitted several work orders since I’ve been here, and it’s never taken them more than 24 hours to respond and take care of the issue at hand. I recently got a pet who has wreaked a little havoc in my ...unit, and the staff has not only been understanding, but incredibly supportive and helpful as I transition my pup into her new space. I am always met with kindness and empathy by our office staff. I love that these ladies take the time to get to know each of their residents. This complex has been amazing so far. Good but could be great!
August 14, 2018My wife and I just moved here for work. I was apprehensive about living in an apartment since I have always lived in the country with no neighbors and I also have dogs. I was absolutely surprised how quiet it is here. I have only heard my neighbors once or twice. The grounds are nice and clean and well kept. On my patio you could swear we were the only people there considering how quiet it is. Parking can be an issue after 8pm near our building. Overall the apartment is nice except for a few ...corners cut on cheap appliances and fixtures and ceiling fans. At the cost of the apartment's rent you would expect better quality equipment. Don't get me wrong the appliances are new and everything else works but they are just not as nice and you would expect considering the resort style grounds in this complex. These details would bring these apartments from plain jane to nice. Apartment Warning
April 25, 2018Pros: Good Location and close to 45, Restaurants, Walmart and Kroger. Cons: Several. Parking is a BIG joke. If you get off work at 10 or 10:30, and live in Building 15, then your going to have to walk over a quarter of mile to your apartment after searching 15 minutes for any parking spot while several empty and VERY expensive carports close by remain vacant. Second. There is spaces that it is muddy to walk in between Building 12 and 15 and the stones over the stream can be hard if you are ...handling groceries and are tired. The plug that’s next to the cable outlet in the Rayburn floorplan is controlled by the wall, and if your not careful you can turn off your whole internet . You have to get a LONG surge protector cable to plug to prevent that. Third, Towards the end of the lease, you have to give them 60 days prior of your move out date, which takes A LOT of detailed planning.Property Manager Responded

Great Find!!
February 1, 2018After looking around for apartments I stumbled in on this jewel! Great complex I’ve lived here for 2 years and enjoyed my time. Nohemi and Melissa the managers on property take care of any need you may have 24-hour maintenance if needed I never used them though nothing wrong. Indoor basketball court huge bonus for me and there are always machines open in the fitness center! Pools are always well kept great place for kids and adults at both locations. Best thing about this apartment is ...location close to I45 and the Woodlands, places to eat and shop are less than 5 miles from the complex you can literally walk to Lowe’s!
