I lived here for just shy of 4 years. Overall the living experience I had here was fantastic from start to finish. Compared to other complexes I have lived at, the staff here are much kinder and work hard to keep the neighborhood as nice as possible. I would have renewed my lease for another year if my job did not require relocation.
The renovations that occurred last year really updated the apartment so beautifully. The appliances especially worked so much better than what was existing. The ...
pond view was also something I loved having for slow mornings. And having two balconies was amazing for all of my plants!
Maintenance could be slow at times, but I genuinely don’t hold that against the staff as it was just one maintenance man when I left. With all the other updates the new management company was incorporating, it’s a lot to keep up with.
I’ll continue to refer others to consider The lakes of Beavercreek. The complex definitely has several perks I couldn’t find at other properties in Beavercreek.
