I would say if you like living in an ashtray, this is the place for you. They do not offer any non-smoking buildings and smoke from the other units will come into your apartment. My apartment smelled like a bar. Management won't do anything about it and I've known more than a few people that have had to switch units and they force you to pay $1000 to switch your unit and then you're at the mercy of who moves in again. vacancies at this apartment complex, beware. The hallways are filthy, the carpet need to be changed, most of the security doors don't lock anymore, the cameras by the security doos are not even hooked up. There are several people stealing Amazon packages left in the front door hallway.
They expect premium rent prices for cheap motel living. The hallways smell like weed, cigarettes, mold, and filth.
