June 23, 2025I've been here for a little over a month. The commute to work is a lot shorter now than it used to be, which is fantastic, and we are in a great position in town, just on the edge yet near to everything. The gym is extremely convenient, and I adore the pool. I wish it were open a little later and had more seats, but I realize space is limited. The landscape has been well-maintained. We have two cats who seem to be more happy with the open floor layout and like playing tag, dashing back and forth, ...and watching individuals through the large windows. May 6, 2025The amount of gnats and centipedes and millipedes that are constantly present outside of freezing months are less than accommodating. I suggest hiring a professional spraying company for all grass and foliage for at least a weekly spray during peak gnat months. Even if we keep our house spotless, we still end up with a swarm of gnats inside. Last year we gave the benefit of the doubt that it was because we had the garage wide open during moving in. But this year we have taken many precautions and ...still have to battle them daily. This is not something we wanted to take into consideration when we moved in, although we had heard it from others. But it seems a situation that unless the property owner allows significant funding to fix, will continue to be an issue.
