Terrible customer service and shady practice
August 24, 2023Anything you read on their website is false. They may mislead you into believing a property is available, advise you of this, have you submit an application and pay the 50$ fee, and then inform you that the property is no longer available and the only thing they can offer you is a room in someone else's apartment, forcing you to accept it or lose your money. Extreme Negligence
May 14, 2021I've been renting here for about a year and have been rent on time every month. I have received 4 notices that rent was late, and had late fees charged to my account. They were all disputed successfully, but the frequency of this issue shows that management is unwilling to find the source of the problem. Additionally, I was told about 6 months into the lease that I had not yet paid the security deposit, and I was incredibly lucky to find the confirmation email from 7 months prior that proved I ...had.
