    Have I got a place for you to live. I found Arrive Town center in Vernon hills, IL. The first time I saw it, I knew that’s where I wanted to live. The apartments are beautiful. The leasing office staff is very accommodating and courteous. Ashley, Doris, Karen and Oscar. And the residents are a pleasure to meet. They are very friendly. I have been here for almost a year and I know that I would like to renew my lease when the time comes. And you cannot go wrong by living here, I LOVE IT!

  • This is a great place to call "home".

    We've been living here since July 2021. From day one, the property manager Ashley took her time to make sure that we had the home we wanted as well as needed. This community is a beautiful, well-kept, and peaceful community. The floors and facilities, parking garages are clean. Oscar and Doris are always friendly and quick to respond. Beautiful neighborhood with the top-rated public schools, Daniel Wright Junior High School within 7 min away and Stevenson High School 4 min away.

  • Property Manager Kelsey rude on submitting a workorder

    Arrive Town Center is a very beautiful and peaceful place to live in. Until the new mangement took over. The new property manager Kelsey is a very rude and unpredictable person. She has issues with many residents. For a workorder that has to be taken care off. She made a big fuss. She raises her voice. And the day turns to be a complete disaster. Take care folks. No longer a peaceful community. Save your day. Apart from the property manager Kelsey. This community is just awesome. We just love ...

  • One year anniversary!

    My significant other and myself have almost been here for a year and it has been a great experience. New management took over at the beginning of the year and it has been a seamless transition. They were very considerate alerting the tenants and making sure everything went off without a hitch. Great location and even better staff, always willing to stop what they are doing to answer a question or just to lend a hand. Another weird point (but it really puts a tally in the pro column for myself) ...

    My experience with Arrive Town Center has been very good. When they took over in December, I was concerned that the service quality would change. Although, I would prefer they have office hours on weekends (not just by appointment only), I am pleased with how some things have stayed the same. The management is friendly, and always try to give 110%. The maintenance is fantastic, compared to other places. For the area, you can't beat the price for the square footage!!!

  • It's the best!

    Since moving here, we've had nothing but wonderful experiences at Arrive Town Center! The location is outstanding with easy access to the highway, shopping, libraries and Stevenson High School. The building is extremely quiet and offers spacious apartments with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. I love getting into my car in the heated garage and never having to worry about snowy or rainy weather. It's a continual pleasure to deal with Kelsey in the administrative office and ...

    We downsized from a large home several years ago and have been apartment living since. Just moved into Town Center this past November and love this space. We have a 3 bedroom 2000 square apartment with 2 1/2 baths. Plenty of room. Quality appliances (gas) and building. Heated garbages with storage space. Room sizes are huge. The staff is responsive and they really care! Shout out to both Kelsey and Anthony going beyond the call of duty to help. Quiet with nice neighbors. Great place to call ...

    We started to be interested in this complex When it was still under construction. We met the leasing manager who was fantastic. At the point in which we made the decision to move out of our home we were back in a meeting with her. She is genuinely sweet and very caring as well as detailed in how she handles her job. We love our apartment we love the building it is very well-managed. The maintenance supervisor is also fantastic. He responds almost as soon as we hang up contacting the office for ...
    assistance. On the social side they have quarterly get to know your neighbor functions in the club room. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The location for us is perfect. We are semi retired now and enjoy our surroundings, our apartment, our neighbors, but most of all we feel quite content in this building because of the awesome management!

    Pros : Well built, Condo quality, sound proof, high ceiling, Spacious rooms, Granite Countertop and Stainless Steel appliances. Cheap indoor parking and storage cage. And very friendly management. Cons: Small Gym room. No swimming pool. However, it's less than a mile from lifetime fitness.
