During my time trying to find a new apartment I looked at many apartment communities. When I came here I met with a wonderful Manager who said he would do everything in his power to help me when I was worried about being able to afford to be here. He told me that I was an example of the type of person this community wanted. He helped me by suggesting the best priced apartment for my partner and I . We have lived being here for the last four years. I am so happy with my choice. It’s our hope ...
that we will be able to afford to stay over the next years of our lives. As older residents we appreciate a reliable, respectful and efficient staff. We love the amenities we have been able to participate in and it is our hope that this community is not challenged by those who don’t understand that they can actually disrespect their own home. Our location is wonderful being able to drive by the ocean every day is a blessing. I’m so happy I found the Landing. It’s a place we really love calling home.

Very clean, felt safe, quiet and friendly neighbors and love that the pool has a life guard who was very sweet to everyone, especially our grandson when he would visit. Felt like home here and if we weren't buying a home, would continue renting here.

The Landing at Vinnin Square is truly a community. I moved in, and it instantly felt like home. I love how well maintained it is and how gorgeous the grounds are. Other tenants have been very helpful with any questions or problems I’ve had, along with the staff. It is a safe environment, offers great amenities, and is conveniently located.
