Like an Exaggerated Resume
March 6, 2026Pro: Convenient location, No roaches might see mice. Con: Amenities are a joke Gym? The size of a bedroom with broken equipment unusable Dog park? A field of grass with a dog tunnel. Maintenance fix things, breaks 3 days later. Constant cops crazy neighbors pou from dogs. They will tow your car for ANY reason. Office closing early, unhelpful staff, won’t always answer phone. Be prepared to pay up to 3,000 from rent increases, extra fees, etc. They fluff and try to make it look good like a resume ...but at the end of the day it’s not worth the price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 14, 2025My new hot water tank was leaking. Not hot water for almost 2 days but Supervisor Luis from maintenance is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He finally fixed it. Very Happy with maintenance Supervisor Luis and Marcus who came on Sunday trying to fix it also. My 2 favorites guys :) thanks so muchProperty Manager Responded

October 28, 2024My apartment needs work that has not been done since I moved in but I understand that they are busy with turnover. It can wait. Also the rent increases every year are now way out of reach for me. the rent is 65 % of our fixed income. I don't want to move because my age is catching up with me.
