Kudos for supervisor Luis
July 14, 2025My new hot water tank was leaking. Not hot water for almost 2 days but Supervisor Luis from maintenance is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He finally fixed it. Very Happy with maintenance Supervisor Luis and Marcus who came on Sunday trying to fix it also. My 2 favorites guys :) thanks so muchProperty Manager Responded

October 28, 2024My apartment needs work that has not been done since I moved in but I understand that they are busy with turnover. It can wait. Also the rent increases every year are now way out of reach for me. the rent is 65 % of our fixed income. I don't want to move because my age is catching up with me. September 20, 2024Overall a quiet community with decent neighbors, it is a little messy and sometimes loud but that’s apartment living. Dogs are comfortable, amenities are worth it. In my experience maintenance has responded to all requests at a quick pace.Property Manager Responded
