terrible management and unsafe flooring
April 28, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comthe management company ignores you once you move in and they ignore you in emergency situation's. you have to file complaints with the city for them to help you or take you seriously. I do not recommend moving here even if you have no other options.

May 15, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comReported in August about kitchen floor being soft ,sunked in and collapsed, they didn't fix the issue resulting of that I fell through the kitchen floor in December of 2022 causing i huge hole in rhe floor, instead fixing the issue they waited out until it was time to renew my lease to NOT renew it in March 2023, every time I go to the leasing office there's new employers so they just blame everything on the last property manager, never know who to talk, there's atleast 4 tenant there they has ...open law suit for falling through the floors! March 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comRent is not that expensive. My water heater caused a flood in my apartment, they replaced the water heater in no time and cleaned my carpet. My personal belongings didn’t get damaged. I will say they need to switch to central air and heat. The neighborhood is quiet. Nice neighbors.

It's a miracle to reach the property manager who either barely answers the phone or is not in the office at all during working hours and I do mean in the mornings and mid-shift hours, not lunch hours. I've had issues with critters and insects making their way into my apartment and some damages that needed to be promptly addressed but were ignored for months. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the ...neighbors are as well so that is a plus. Still waiting to get my deposit back or some communication regarding it.Read More
