NO Stars!!All the floors or either soft and sunked in or have holes
May 15, 2023Reported in August about kitchen floor being soft ,sunked in and collapsed, they didn't fix the issue resulting of that I fell through the kitchen floor in December of 2022 causing i huge hole in rhe floor, instead fixing the issue they waited out until it was time to renew my lease to NOT renew it in March 2023, every time I go to the leasing office there's new employers so they just blame everything on the last property manager, never know who to talk, there's atleast 4 tenant there they has ...open law suit for falling through the floors! The landings
March 12, 2023Rent is not that expensive. My water heater caused a flood in my apartment, they replaced the water heater in no time and cleaned my carpet. My personal belongings didn’t get damaged. I will say they need to switch to central air and heat. The neighborhood is quiet. Nice neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
Needs to do better.
November 1, 2022The communication at this property is surprisingly subpar considering that the office is on site. It's a miracle to reach the property manager who either barely answers the phone or is not in the office at all during working hours and I do mean in the mornings and mid-shift hours, not lunch hours. I've had issues with critters and insects making their way into my apartment and some damages that needed to be promptly addressed but were ignored for months. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the ...neighbors are as well so that is a plus. Still waiting to get my deposit back or some communication regarding it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
