    The person below must have been under eviction process. Very safe, quiet and peaceful community. New 2017 ownership and upgrades including laundry room onsite and a salt water pool. Nicely managed with great new owners. I have lived here for several years. Charming town with great schools.

    Never live in these apartments. Not only do they fall apart you are watched by the landlord which lives on site. You are written up and charged for cigarette butts. You pay rent with no available parking spaces. The landlord will charge you for small things at ridiculous prices. The laundry room closes and is locked at 6pm every night. If you have a job you can't get anything washed. You have monthly inspections for no purpose at all. The pool is locked at all times you have to pay for guest. All ...
    guest must register at the office to be on site. If you get a new car and it isn't registered with the office you are fined and have to remove car from property. I have lived here 2 years 2 long.
