Wifi sucks, the company that owns the landings is incredibly predatory, so many maintenance issues, they took our water heater and HVAC for 2 1/2 days without any notice, place comes dirty, fees without warning, and if you have a problem good luck getting a response because there aren't enough leasing or maintenance staff.
All this and more!
We put up with a lot but there's a breaking point :/

place comes trashed and unclean by previous owners and matinence takes months or never to fix any request’s. Also our water has been shut off 3 times with no real prior notice besides a text saying that it’s already been turned off.

It is a good apartment. This is my 2nd year living here and i am liking it. The place has a gym which i regularly use. The equipments in gym could be a bit better. But it isn’t that bad

So Far everything is good but only issue was the cleanliness when I moved in the bathroom was extremely dirty. Other than that room was good just a little bit too cold sometimes

Decent rooms at the given price.
It's bit far from msu but the cata bus runs every 15 mins which makes life easier.
The staff is friendly my door had some issue they came and fixed it the same day.

The fact that we all have individual bathrooms is fantastic! The parking is great, the building hallways are mostly clean, and the furniture is adequate, but the internet speed could definitely use a boost so that we can watch stuff online on the TV. Also, the mattresses could use an update.

I absolutely love it here, why do I love it here? Well not only do they have 24 hour open gym to help with me still working out during school time I won’t have to try and fit it in anywhere it’s very convenient, not only the gym but this place stays lean I love the residents and staff they always make sure everything looks good and picked up and I appreciate that because not most do that!

It wasn't too bad living here the first year, but the second year just kind of fell apart. They had a complete turnover in management and now nothing gets done. I've watched staff in the leasing office cuss at tenants. I've had maintenance requests take over two months to complete. The beginning of my second year here, I had no prior notice of roommates being moved into my apartment so I was less than thrilled when there were two girls waiting to be let in because their key fobs didn't work. current staff in the leasing office here is so understaffed that they only have one full-time employee on staff. I really didn't mind living here at first, but I've become so fed up with incompetence in management and feeling like as a tenant that my requests and voice is not being heard.
