We are a very pet-friendly community and cannot wait for you to bring your pet with to your new home! Two pets are welcome per apartment home. Cats and dogs will require a non-refundable pet fee of $300 each and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Dogs will also require an additional $50 DNA screening through Poo prints.
