January 31, 2023I’ve lived here for about 7 months and have been loving it. The maintenance guys are super nice and always answer a maintenance request super quickly, the main office staff is always cheery and helpful. Once the gate gets fixed I can honestly say I have no issues with this place! I have an not remodeled unit and it’s old student housing so of course it’s a bit dated, but the apartment has never had any bug issues and nothing has broken on us so they feel very well kept. The amenities are nice and ...clean (they even remodeled the gym!) and I tend to have the luck of being the only person using them which is pretty nice!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beware of this place!!!
October 6, 2017Dont move into #171, it has the potential to flood...and there will be nothing done,mailboxes get broken into and have an employee on property who likes to take peoples personal property!....dont be fooled of the representative you first see...these people are horrid...oh the dog owners who leave there dogs droppings everywhere....I do mean everywhere carports and walkways!!!....love the fee of payibg for trash but the property looks and smells of a dump!!Review from Apartments.com

September 5, 2015I have lived in many apartments and I know how hard it is to find an affordable CLEAN!!! place. and Promenade at Valley Creek is perfect I love how great the staff is Jody is my Fav!!! she is awesome. they are very professional and they do things for the apt community that is very nice like recently they did Kona snow cones for the kids, movie night etc. _Michelle HIllReview from Apartments.com

August 16, 2015Under new management, the improvements have dispelled the previous negative comments that have been left by previous residents. I find the staff friendly and approachable. Promenade at valley creek
July 27, 2015These apartments are going through some remodeling. So construction has been a hassle. But the apartments are nice Given the new renovations . 24 hr gym. Pool is beautiful. One complaint is the front office doesn't always answer their phones. So if you need anything it's better to go in person. I plan to stay here for another year or 2Review from Apartments.com
