Rent overpriced management unhelpful
October 18, 2020The rent is too high for it being an old apartment with a paint job. The washer, dryer, fridge, and oven look like ones you'd buy a decade ago, with no digital parts (not even clock/timer on oven). No microwave is included. Gunshots can be heard across the lake several times a month. A/C unit broke multiple times over the summer and it was not replaced. The agents at the front office are very unsympathetic, and it's hard to get anyone on the phone. Had my car towed away while it was parked in ...front of my apartment, and their frustrating parking rules makes it easy for guests' cars to be towed as well.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2020Once you have decided on facilities, the crucial element is the management. Is the management team available for your requests, are they thorough and will their efforts persist until your requests are resolved? These people are available, thorough and persistent in resolving problems. Everything is going downhill but the rent
May 17, 2020This place was a lot nicer when I first moved in, but It is quickly going downhill. The rent is going up just as quickly each year though. No one picks up after their pets, and there are three+ people living in the one bedroom apartments. With no assigned parking spaces, you’re hiking it with groceries, etc. There are nicer, safer, cleaner communities in the area for less money.Property Manager Responded
