Very easy process, Shey and Pam are very helpful and are quick to answer questions and solve issues. I had multiple questions throughout the lease process, follow up questions, and they are quick to resolve maintenance issues. Nice spot to live right next to downtown Jax and close 20min drive to beaches. Good stores around gas, grocery, convenience everyday needs. Warning to anyone booking long stays with this company. I tried to book a 30-day stay and they charged my card immediately. Only after taking my money did they tell me the reservation required additional verification because it was over 30 days. I completed the verification process exactly as requested… and they still denied the reservation. Now my money is locked up for 10 days while I wait for the refund to process. Charging a customer first and deciding later whether they’re approved is a ...
