March 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWarning to anyone booking long stays with this company. I tried to book a 30-day stay and they charged my card immediately. Only after taking my money did they tell me the reservation required additional verification because it was over 30 days. I completed the verification process exactly as requested… and they still denied the reservation. Now my money is locked up for 10 days while I wait for the refund to process. Charging a customer first and deciding later whether they’re approved is a ...terrible business practice and creates a huge inconvenience for customers who may need those funds to book somewhere else.
