Very helpful property manager
April 26, 2025I'm moving in in a few days so my review at this point is of my experience with the property manager, Nathan, the application process, and setting up for move in... It really has been my experience with the friendly helpful property manager that tipped me in the very unexpected decision to move into The Lark. Nathan has been very patient and thorough in walking answering my MANY questions, obtaining answers, and quickly setting up cleaning, work orders etc to prepare for my move-in that is ...happening with quick turn around. I was very pleased with how quick the application and approval process took place. I'm a little nervous about moving from my current location to this new area, as well as the potential expense of community shared costs of water/sewer/garbage - but am praying this will prove to be a good move to a peaceful new place to live with a healthy well functioning apartment.. and reasonable w/s/g monthly bills. Based on my experiences working with Nathan so far I'm confident any issues that may arise will be quickly remedied while I live here. Sure hope he stays on in his role the entire duration of my stay here! Also looking forward to seeing how this entire complex continues to transform in the coming months. There's something bright and hopeful about their new name and the environment they are creating.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
September 18, 2023I moved up to the Portland area at the beginning of the pandemic in February 2020. Since then, I moved 3 times looking for the place I belonged. I now think I found it. I don't drive and need access to public transportation. I have that here. I need to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. I am able to do that here. I wanted a place with new and higher quality interior features. Definitely present here. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The response to maintenance requests is ...amazing.
