AVOID if possible
July 24, 2024We would not recommend Latitude Apartments in Muncie as those apartments are very poorly run by the property manager, the staff are rude and slow to respond to calls/emails, our apartment wasn't ready for us on our move-in day and was filthy, and the area isn't safe (we had stuff stolen from us the first day that we moved in). I don't believe the 2 other reviews here appropriately reflect what the entire Latitude community, as a whole, feel about Latitude Apartment in Muncie. When we spoke with ...our neighbors and they all stated that repairs took forever to fix, the property manager was slow to deal with issues, the property manager is frequently gone during working hours so it is very hard to get ahold of her, theft is a big problem at the apartments (good luck ordering anything from Amazon or elsewhere), etc. There are much better apartment options in Muncie for sure.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Best deal in Muncie!
February 3, 2014My roommate and I have lived here for about 6 months so far and have had nothing but awesome things to say about these apartments. We have had absolutely no noise problems and have had a quick and efficient office staff that knows what they are doing. Our utility bills are also very low no matter how much we crank up the heat. With it being within walking distance to a large shopping mall and low rent this is the best place in Muncie.Review from Apartments.com
