I would give this company zero stars if I could! My husband is up there for training and we wanted to find an affordable place with utilities included for him. Unfortunately Laurel Cove and this property management company were the only ones in our budget so we are stuck with them. From the start they were rude to my husband as if he has never rented a place before, they lost our money order that was FedEx'ed to them which we had to stop payment on and wait 60 days for our money back, they will ...
not sign for a package for their tenant or hold any mail that won't fit in a mailbox for them and simply they won't do anything that requires them to be professional and courteous to the tenants who rent from them. I highly recommend staying away from this company/apartments unless necessary (as in our case). Seriously the most unprofessional and incompetent people I've ever dealt with.
