The Lawrence House is the worst building I've ever lived in, plain and simple. Despite them advertising themselves as having in-unit AC, the AC system in the building is subpar and always shutting down. Your AC unit will shut-down every night with a "CH150" error code, and there's no way to fix it until maintenance just resets your unit manually. This happens constantly, usually multiple times a week, especially at night when no-one is there to fix it, so you'll have to spend summer nights ...

Also, management is super incompetent and condescending. Maintenance simply recommends you "buy a fan" to fix your cooling problem, and building mangement won't reimburse you for weeks of unusable AC, despite the fact that you're paying for it. They always say they're working on a solution for the AC, but the problem is always getting worse, and the AC breaks down more frequently.
The apartment walls are incredibly thin, and you'll hear your neighbors talking constantly. Residents are noisy and messy - they play loud music in the halls, or throw parties in the middle of the week in their rooms late at night, and leave trash in the elevators.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from The Lawrence House and all Flats buildings.
