Amazing Service

Property manager, Brittany Tomlin, made our move in experience so smooth. She and her team were helpful and professional throughout our entire move. They were very responsive and took the time to answer any questions we had. The apartments are updated and the location is great. Couldn’t ask for more.

My husband and I sold our house after 11 years. Needless to say, we did our research and toured many apartments in Grand Forks. After living in a home, we had certain needs that we wanted met. To be honest, The Legacy Apartments were the last apartment we were looking at and we almost did not go to the showing. But man am I glad we did! We walked into the apartment and were amazed by the space, and it had an actual dining room, which was important to me. It's open concept, with a feel of ...
home. The apartment met all of our needs, in unit washer/dryer, dining room, central air, and spacious without the feel of a box apartment, pet friendly with a gigantic dog park. We have been in our 'home' for a little over a month now. We have had to call maintenance a few times after hours, they have been so great to attend to our needs in a timely matter and friendly to do so! We are enjoying the underground parking and I know we will for sure enjoy that come winter! I have also spoke with other long-term tenants and they have had nothing but great things to say about the staff and the property, which calmed my nerves and questions. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and new 'home'. We look forward to spending our next years here!

Friendly ppl!

The office staff and maintenance people are so nice, all the time. I got locked out of my building because I forgot my keys in my apartment and the staff helped me quickly and the ladies at the front desk offered to get me a drink while I waited for someone to come to help me. Great place to live!

Wouldn't live anywhere else!

Do you want an honest review? Read this! When I was searching for an apartment I was looking all over for a few things... big kitchen, big closets, and laundry in unit. I was looking at a few other places but nothing fit my budget and HALF of the places I called and left a voicemail to never called back! I called Legacy apartments and within a few minutes I knew I was going to call Legacy home. After the tour with Megan we were so surprised to learn that they pay the heating cost (in ND who ...
wouldn't love that!), washer and dryer in unit, TWO underground parking spots in a HEATED garage! Any time we have had an issue maintenance is quick to help and Dave will teach you about it if you ask :) The office is decorated so cute and everyone always has a smile on their faces! The dog park is HUGE and the fitness center is literally the perfect size (& 24/7)!
