Management is a nightmare

Management are histrionic neurotics when it comes to your obligations to them but need handholding when it comes to fulfilling their obligations to you.
My lease was incorrect from the start and needed multiple written corrections for a wrong address.
They tow excessively. They will attempt to tow street legal vehicles that cannot be registered (moped) for not being registered. They will tow your car without warning the second the registration sticker is out-of-date and it will cost you ...

Getting signed up for pest control takes multiple in-person visits to the office to even get on the list and they will remove you from it on a whim.
You will likely need to go in-person to the office for anything; they do not reliably answer the phone.
Management does not care about package theft or harassment by other residents.
The complex does not have enough trash compactor capacity for the number of residents so it does get gross.
The on-site laundry is overpriced at $5.50 or more per load. As of right now, it's $2.75 for a light wash in cold water or one medium dry cycle. Multiple machines in the laundry room closest to me didn't work. The app to use the machines was buggy and unreliable. It would often charge you for a broken machine or even one that never ran but you could only submit one request for a refund at a time.
Amenities they tell you they have may not actually be available. Despite them advertising two pools, when I moved in neither had been open for YEARS. They did manage to re-open one of them during my stay so take that as you will.
The pros of this place are that it is in a good location. There is lots of green space, especially if you end up in a building around the edge of the property.
