September 2, 2025Four years ago, Legacy would have arguably been one of the best properties in town. Today, not even a little bit. Do your due diligence. Ask to see the ACTUAL unit you’ll be moving into. Miscommunication is unfathomable here. Save yourself some grief and move elsewhere! October 17, 2022Been living at Legacy 1.5 years during that time frame, management has been very responsive to my needs. At one point, I was going to leave for lower pricing options however given property landscaping, amenities, and quick responses from the leadership team, I decided to stay. Price and service mismatch
June 29, 2022Other complexes charge extremely less given the same quality. The staff (Michael then) would have you believe that it’s Hawthornes amenities that charges 1b1b units like mine so much, even given the fact the family units are not much higher. This is the worst complex for Mail if you’ve ever used the Luxer system for reference…but that’s saying something since it’s partially the rude staff and carriers fault for losing and misplacing your parcels. Takes forever for repairs and the quality of the ...tub is abysmal.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Really wish maintenance was better
May 1, 2022The actual apartment itself is nice, but multiple amenities including our AC has gone out and its been 2 months and they still have not fixed it. We’ve been SLIGHTLY accommodated but it seems like we’ve been forgotten and it’s too hot to even sleep in our rooms.Review from Apartments.com
