The Legacy of Alexandria is a smoke & pet free property. Come experience the most spectacular apartment living Alexandria has to offer. Residents are responsible for payment of electricity and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in

A Shout out to Ryan (Apartment Manager) at the Legacy of Alexandria
March 8, 2021Jeez, Where do I start. After the miracle the Apartment manager (Ryan) pulled off this AM in a dire situation, I figured I had better make a review with this complex to share with everyone who is interested in Leasing here. First of all, I have been leasing here and I am on my third lease after moving in, in 2017. Everything about this facility has been thumbs up in every way. Great Neighbors, Well-kept Units, great Maintenance, etc. Today They really proved themselves in their true ...professionalism. I work for the City of Alexandria in my profession. I had an issue as I was leaving for work this AM. Unfortunately, I could not get in to my garage where my car is parked, tapping in my electronic code today for some reason didn't work and I had to be at work at 6:00AM. So unfortunately, I hesitantly had to call Ryan, the Apartment Manager, at 5:40 AM with the bad news. Not only did he show up right away to try and to rectify the problem, but he ended up giving me a ride across town to work just so that I could be there on time. This was a true act of selflessness indeed! What's more? When I had finished up with work in the AM, He had fixed the problem with the garage door and the electronic key code by the time I got home. This was a true testament to how Ryan and the management team goes out of their way to make this just one reason out of many to be an outstanding property to rent from. Best Apartment in Alexandria
May 6, 2020The Legacy Apartment facility is a wonderful place to live! It is spotless, quiet, and has fantastic amenities. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the facility is well-maintained and tenants feel welcome. The apartment manager was also friendly, helpful, and very responsive to my many questions. My favorite amenity was the fitness center, which also saved the cost of having a gym membership. They also have a movie theater if you are looking for something fun to do. The community here is friendly and welcoming. I feel very safe. It's been a great experience living here and I have nothing bad to say about it. My Great Apartment Experience at the Legacy of Alexandria
July 30, 2015I am a first time apartment renter and I honestly did not think that my first time experience would be this good. This apartment building is almost in the middle of Alexandria which makes it very accessible to the different shopping places and not to mention a quick 5 minute drive to Alexandria Technical and Community College. The residents are very friendly and the management is always quick to respond back to your concerns.
