Great location and excellent service
September 21, 2022Julia and her team did a wonderful job of ensuring our short, 6 month stay was pleasant. The front office was always quick and eager to assist. The maintenance crew was always quick to respond to any issues and concerns. And the grounds keepers kept the outside clean. Beautiful apartments at a great price!

Year Plus in Waco
January 3, 2017Just finished renting there for 13 months. I moved due to a new out-of-town job opportunity. This was the nicest community that I have ever rented from. The complex is clean, well-kept and well-lit at night. Kelly (the property manager) and her staff are the greatest and I was very sad to leave.
