Location is everything! Close enough to enjoy all the area festivities, but tucked away in a quite area! Love going out and enjoying the hustle and bustle close by but able to come home to a quite and peaceful place!

I really appreciate the staff at Indian Legends assisting me with professionalism and kindness, as well as being very proficient in maintenance, when a problem in my apartment has occured. We have lived at The Legends apartments for 4 years. The location is great for shopping! The amenities are good too. Walking trails, pool, exercise facility, tennis court, maintenance and management on site.

Trash pick up is missed quite a bit and no discount given. Company doesn’t do anything about it. Our building seems to have trash in breezeway and around building. Several neighbors in our building are not considerate of their neighbors. Dogs and children get on our patio. Very outdated appliances that do not work properly.

Great vibe! Everyone is nice and very helpful. Looking forward to seeing what all they have to offer. Heard that they do community events but we just moved in so I have not experienced that as of yet.
