December 25, 2024Down sizing from a large high maintenance house to here at the Legends of Champions gate has been so great for so many reasons the move in process was quick and easy, one of the most affordable places in the area, water cable and valet trash included in your rent. it’s location is perfection it’s quiet, the Stores restaurants I4 shopping etc are all very close. The front office staff from the manager to the assistant to all staff including the quick responding maintenance guys, make living here ...that much better. The neighbors I’ve encountered are very friendly. The apartment itself is very nice and up kept. My family and I love coming home, to the clean peaceful environment. If you’re looking for affordability location and peacefulness this is the place for you.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2024LTD Champions Ridge Review I’ve had a positive experience living at LTD Champions Ridge. The apartments are reasonably priced compared to other complexes in the area, and being built in 2023, they feel modern and new. I appreciate the transparency in costs—there are no hidden fees for amenities, trash, or pest control. The units are well-designed, and the sound insulation is excellent; I’ve never had issues with overhearing neighbors. Speaking of neighbors, everyone I’ve encountered has been ...friendly and respectful. The gym is decent—not extravagant but sufficient for cardio and basic workouts—and it’s never overcrowded. Package deliveries have always been secure, which is a big plus. The community center is a fantastic, quiet space for studying or remote work, and it’s often empty, making it easy to focus. I also love that valet trash service and high-speed internet are included in the rent, adding extra convenience. Overall, it’s been a great place to live!Property Manager Responded

December 10, 2024The area is nice, there’s a shopping center walking distance which is great. Playground is nice and secured, pool is nice, not much noise unless you live by the front with all the cars coming in.Property Manager Responded
