Great place to live!
June 29, 2024The management team and maintenance team are always willing to go the extra mile to do what they can to make you happy. I lived in both a 2 story and a single story unit. Absolutely wonderful place to live.

They host quite a bit of resident events which have always been fun and maintenance here is the best ive seen. Don't listen to the bad reviews
February 14, 2023Wonderful place to live! Ive lived here for going on 3 years and have seen changes but all for the better. New office and new maintanance people are so nice they put Chick-fil-A to shame with customer service. If i have any issues, they listen care & go the extra mile which is hard to comeby these days. LOVE IT
February 14, 2023I'm not sure about some of these reviews because I love living here at Legends. I've lived here for about 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences. I can't make all the events because of work but I'm they seem cute. The girls in the office are so sweet. I haven't had any issues with some of the things mentioned and think it's just upset people. The choice can be in front of another tenant's residence if desired. Arrangements have been made through the management company, with a towing company for those who reserve parking, to call the towing company directly and have cars removed. Excellent Community
June 11, 2018My family and I moved here in December 2017 and we absolutely LOVE it here. The staff is extremely professional and they are very efficient and reliable whenever we had an issue, and we have only had maybe 2 issues in our townhouse in the last 6 months. We are definitely considering signing a new lease because my kids love it here. Everyone is so nice and all the children play outside together every day while owners casually walk their dogs around the community. The grounds are beautiful and the ...pool area is one we would actually pay to enter if we had to, we really enjoy it here.
