It was how the agent treated my 14 year old son that made all the difference. He said other complexes usually just ignore me as though I'm invisible. RENTER BEWARE
September 30, 2025Absolutely do NOT rent from Arlo/Lennox of Olathe. We lived here for 5 years and experienced ever rental nightmare you can imagine. Maintenance taking months to replace our broken oven, going weeks without a washer - only to learn they had a community washer on property they never gave us the key too, purchasing our own air conditioning unit when ours when out only to have maintenance come in unannounced and take it thinking it was theirs, absolutely useless and clueless staff in the front office ...and endless COCKROACHES!
